Coaching
A lot of times we want to bring forth a specific change to our lives. Coaching requires us making small and achievable goals and accountability while making behavioral changes in therapy.
Medication Management
Often times when therapy alone isn’t sufficient to help cope with mental illness, medications may be needed. When combined, therapy and medication management can be a powerful combination towards wellness. I can help you connect to a medication management provider.
